Thallus of very small pale yellow, radiating lobes covered with irregular, globular isidia. Apothecia common, pale orange with paler margins. Spores polarilocular, 11-14 x 4-6 µm, septum 3.5 µm wide

Probably very under-recorded on sheltered, siliceous coastal rocks, in cliff crevices and on bird-perching rocks. Chemistry K+ red
