Identification needs confirming

Thallus light yellowish to yellow-brown, granular, areolate or sometimes evanescent. Yellowish-brown apothecia, often pruinose, with contorted persistent margins that can become crenulate.

Occurs on well-lit acidic maritime rocks in the 'grey zone'.
Thallus: K+ pale yellow, C+ orange, UV+ orange.
Apothecia: P+ orange-red
