BLS Burren meeting 2009 Radiating orangey-yellow thallus, lobes with distinctly flattened tips. Area behind lobe tips often paler, thallus centre darker. Numerous large orange-brown apothecia with lighter margins. Occurs on sunny, nutrient-rich calcareous rocks and tombstones. Thallus and apothecia: K+ crimson / purple.
